Delivery & Returns
General
All goods are subject to availability. Prices do not include VAT which will be charged at the current rate where applicable. There is no automatic right to return stock or cancel
orders. In the event of Nauticalia agreeing to accept returns or an order cancellation a handling fee of 20% will be implemented, and all other costs involved in returning stock will be charged (freight, cleaning, etc). This clause also relates to goods seized in the event of us enforcing our retention to title.
Delivery
For standard (not overprinted) calendars from stock, envelopes, and tubes, carriage is charged at £0.40 per calendar for UK customers, subject to a minimum charge of £10.00. Delivery times are approximately three days from receipt of payment.
For overprinted calendars, turnaround times may vary depending on your requirements and our printing schedule. However, we will always make every effort to meet your requirements.
Payment
Payment is with order unless account arrangements have been made. For customers who do not have an account and require goods urgently, we are pleased to supply against a credit or debit card. Where credit account arrangements have been agreed, accounts must be settled by the 25th of the month following the date of the invoice. Credit accounts will automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment, or the credit limit is exceeded. A surcharge of 3% per month or part thereof is payable on overdue accounts, with a minimum charge of £10, and will be invoiced at Nauticalia’s discretion. Title does not pass from Nauticalia until full payment of current invoice is received and all outstanding monies are settled in full. All samples are chargeable.
Loss or damage in transit
Customers must notify us within five working days upon receipt of any breakages or losses during transit. In the case of damaged goods, the goods and the original packaging must be retained for inspection by the carrier and our insurers. Notification outside this time period may invalidate any insurance claim. In the event of goods being returned, carriage arrangements must be agreed with Nauticalia beforehand. The products must be returned in their original packaging.
